These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sowynet, including account connections, messaging workflows, automation features, and third-party integrations such as TikTok content publishing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sowynet, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not misuse service features, communication channels, or integrations.
If you connect a TikTok account to Sowynet, you represent that you are authorized to connect that account and authorize content publishing through Sowynet only for accounts and content you have permission to manage.
3. SMS Messaging Program
By entering your mobile number on a Sowynet contact form, booking form, or appointment request form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive customer care and service-related text messages from us. These messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, missed-call follow-ups, and replies to your support requests.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
You can reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages. You can reply HELP for help or contact us at support@sowynet.com.
4. Communication Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is presented together with links to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at the time of opt in.
5. Monitoring and Recording Notice
Conversations may be monitored and recorded for quality, safety, support, fraud prevention, and compliance. You are responsible for ensuring required disclosures and consent collection where your business operates.
6. Workspace Responsibility
Workspace owners are responsible for account permissions, local law compliance, and configuration choices for automation, messaging, and retention behavior.
Workspace owners are also responsible for ensuring that TikTok accounts connected to Sowynet, and any videos or other content published through Sowynet, are authorized and comply with applicable platform rules and laws.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or improve features at any time. We are not liable for interruptions caused by external provider outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.
8. Limitation and Governing Terms
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as-is without warranties, and liability is limited as described in customer agreements.
9. Updates
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
