1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate our services, including account details, workspace records, message content, appointment and service request details, and communication history submitted through chat, web form, phone, and messaging channels.

When you connect a TikTok account to Sowynet, we may collect and store account identifiers, basic profile information, and content publishing metadata needed to link the correct TikTok account to the correct Sowynet workspace and support authorized publishing activity.

2. Chat Monitoring and Recording

Conversations may be monitored and recorded for quality, safety, support, fraud prevention, and service improvement. This applies to supported chat channels including web chat, Meta messaging channels, and Twilio-powered channels such as WhatsApp and SMS.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve services, support customers, secure accounts, maintain compliance records, and generate operational analytics.

For TikTok integrations, Sowynet uses connected-account information to authenticate the user, associate the connected TikTok account with the right Sowynet workspace, upload and publish user-selected content, and reflect content publishing status inside the platform.

4. SMS Messaging Privacy

If you check the SMS consent box on a Sowynet contact form, booking form, or appointment request form, we use your mobile number and messaging interaction data to send customer care and service-related SMS such as missed-call follow-ups, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and direct support replies.

SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sharing and Processors

We may share data with infrastructure and communication providers that process data on our behalf, including cloud, messaging, and payment providers, only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

If you choose to connect TikTok to Sowynet, information required for authentication, content publishing, and related status events is processed with TikTok according to your authorization and TikTok's developer platform requirements.

6. Retention

We retain records for business, legal, security, and audit needs, then delete or de-identify data according to internal retention policies and customer agreements.

7. Your Choices

Depending on your region and channel, you may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out from non-essential messaging. For SMS, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out and reply HELP for assistance.
